I've just come across this site. As you'll see, Google and Yahoo ads displayed all on one page. Plus, it isn't in the standard box ad format, links seem to go to an internal page and then redirected to the site. Is this what you are allowed to do when you have over 100 million impression per month (whatever!) and become a special Google customer?
When I look up my niche it shows one of my Adwords ads but the text is from one of my old Adwords campaigns - not a current campaign. I clicked my ad but will have to wait a couple of hours to see if it registers in my Adwords control panel. When I check my web logs the referrer for the click is findspot.com/search.php and the landing page is mydomain.com/mypage/?gclid=CIGYw7TFqI8CFRDqgAod0CYANQ but I don't use /?qclid in my site's urls.
i see discussion saying 2 contexual ads cannot be run on the same page at the same time. however, i know for sure you can run both adsense and chitika on the same page and its ok with both google and chitika. so from that concept, i don;t think there should be anything wrong running both AS and YPN bit i cannot tell for sure. however, you are not allowed to use search box on both.
I'm not sure whether or not that site is actually running Adsense and Yahoo! ads, but it's not allowed. I don't think that's a premium publisher either, but I can't say for sure.
But who'd want to a site like that if you are not getting paid by G or YPN? For the sake of banner ad? Let's see if tobycoke will come back and report us what happened after he bravely clicked on his aaad!
it's just the same in another thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=616284 no no no to goggle and yahoo at the same time.
They are allowed to be displayed on the same page, as long as they have different ad formats and color schemes.
