Is this allowed? Forum invested with adsense, just articles and no posts?

Okay, I was doing a search today for one of my keywords and I came across one of these gaming forums that has its forums invested with adsense, and it seems to me that there's no actual discussion, just threads - and no replies...

Is it against the rules or is it alright? http://www.gamehourz.com/

 

I think its allowed. nothing wrong if the threads have no reply. Thats what I am thinking, let me see what others say.

first of all forums are not real earners..unless you gotta hell lots of traffic per day..

so it wont even matter..google wont even bother..and plus ofcourse its not against TOS..
