    I found a text based ad under the photo. I think it's not a problem. But if you use Image based ad then it could be a problem.

    I do not think that nowadays ads next to images are such a problem as I am seeing them very often and haven't noticed or heard of accounts banned (still I wouldn't risk it myself).
    In my opinion, as said above, a real problem would be the lack of enough and unique content on that same page..or any page with ads on it!!!

    If you put 'Advertisement' or Sponsored Links' between the two, it is accepted by AdSense. However, if you violate copyrights of photos like the one you shown your account wil be banned.
