    Site - yugioh-dungeons.com

adsense with no "ads by Gooooooogle" and YPN on the same webpage.

A friend of mine shown this website to me saying he reported weeks back but still no change.

Where to report him now

nope, most definitely NOT. You may not run 2 contextual applications on the same page. I often will catch sites with 'click our sponsors please' and I'll report, but nothing is done. But even still, back in the day when I Was running one of my first sites, Google emailed me and asked me to remove that (when I didn't know I was violating the TOS)....so sometimes things are done, sometimes not.

As fsmedia said , Google is not consistent in TOS implementation.

I used to report violations , but not much was done and now I have stopped doing it.

BTW , I found this on your site :D

You can certainly report it, but in my experience I haven't seen Google do anything about these so-called violations.

i think soon the user will find out he has been banned from adsence as that is 100% not allowed as he is not using the google script that they have supplied him with, all he has done is just done some text and a hyperlink to them to a google adsence url click.

    naughty naughty

christmas.com runs both Adsense and YPN on it's homepage, and has done for at least the past 8 months [or more].

the more high profile domains that flout the rules, set the WORST possible example to others.
what's the point in having TOS if they are not implemented.

the question is.... who is going to ban them? Google or Yahoo
    they all want the revenue!
