   alexa mean nothing for me. i know site with 12000 visitor/month can get alexa rank 20K, my site have traffic like www.iphider.org more than 100k, but my alexa only 115,000

   your alexa rank 4,515 in your country, and thats what counts. with 100k visitors, rank 4k is correct.
