Is this against TOS ?

    I've just put on my site the top 5links ad unit from adsense.
    Can this be considered too close to navigation links and be against TOS?

    Thank you!

    It looks legit to me. However if you want to be absolutely sure you can always e-mail google.

    No, actually I think it looks pretty good and they are obviously ads. When in doubt, ask Google. I think you did a good job and think that the ads on the left hand side blend really well.
