Is this against TOS??

    Can I post at the end of my blog articles or above the ads "Don't forget to see if our sponsered listings interest you!" without disagreeing with TOS?

    that would be seen as encouraging visitors to click the ads i think and there for against TOS

    Yep. You cannot draw attention to the ads. Email google if you have any doubts. They'll tell you the same thing.

    Yes, this is against TOS for sure. You are not allowed to draw any undue attention to the ads.
