Im not sure, but I'd say it wouldnt be a violation of the ToS, but if you're not using keywords to match your site, you're wasting your money, you dont want visitors for a good hitcount, you want visitors that will come back because they like the content.. so if your keywords are relevant to your site, the people who click your keyword-targetted ads, are clearly interested in your website.. so that's money well spent..

I think it's entirely up to you, but im no expert.. I may be wrong..

If it's MFA then you will be banned eventually.

Folky, usually when you drive traffic so far away from your content, what happens is that the users click on your ads and they wont find what was advertised on your ad, so what happens is they will get frustrated or feel deceived and they won't even want to do anything with your site, for the majority of the people that is. So I suggest you make your ad relevant to your content so when they click and go to your site, they see exactly what they expected hence a better chance to keep your customers than get close to no customers or opt-ins and you will be wasting your money.

The reason I mentioned if it's an MFA is because you said in your first post the above quote "lets say my website is like an MFA".

MFA sites in my eyes are sites that have no good content and the links that they have take you to another page the same as the first with more adsense links. Your only way out of there is to click Adsense or the back button. You wont find the information you were looking for on an MFA unless you click an adsense link.

MFA sites can also be not that bad but thats for Google to determine.
