Is This against TOS of Google Adsense

    Hi, I have seen many site that offer free web hosting and on the other hand they put google adsense banner for all webpages of free webspace users site.
    is this against TOS or not ?

    Usually it is a risk putting Adsense ads on pages updated by other users and not you (imagine if someone uploads pages with warez, porn, copyrighted material). I wouldn't do it unless I have the time to check all users pages 24 hours a day, to see if they are compliant with Adsense TOS.
