I found this site today and I want to know if this was against the TOS or not?

They need to be reported then. If I were an adwords user I would be pissed off.

How do we report them? Maybe I will do it later if someone tells me how, it's just not right that people violate the TOS like that. What will Google do?

Contact them via your Adwords admin area. They will likely get removed based on my past experiences, but that is up to G

Way to report them is just click on the "Ads by goooogle" and on that page is a way to report just that site.

So everyone do this so google will know about this site.

 

Yeah that is clearly in the tos as a viloation. I hate sites like that.

 

Did you notice that after you choose a topic there is an ad and some green links under that. IF you click a green link it takes you to a google paid for search page.

That is crazy he took that much time to make a pure made for adsense page.
