Is this against the TOS?

I know that putting images next to Google ads is not allowed. However, dividers are allowed.

I am using an image as a divider, is that bad?

I really don't see why this would be a problem. Seems completly normal to me.

As long as it is not mis-leading the user, it is OK.

Having ads overlay content will get you banned though. In Firefox, your ads are blocking some of your survey options. I'd check that out if I were you.

Also your ads dont blend well, try rounding the corners or something, stick out like a sore thumb.

That was what i meant with "FF", i use 2.0.0.9 and i see the ad overlayed as it is in the screen shot.

yes, the overlay problem is still there.. I am also using Firefox 2.0.0.9

 

Ok, I confirmed the problem with someone who is going to fix it hopefully.
