Is this against the rules?

I used adsense a few months ago as my main source of income, but since then I have switched over to affiliate marketing. I pretty much forgot about adsense altogether. Anyway, I logged in to my adsense account the other day and noticed I have $88 in the account. My question is: Would it be against the rules to ask someone who owns a site making around $10/day to put my codes on their site for one day and I pay them through paypal? I can't see anything wrong with it considering I could just be temporarily "buying" the site from them and then returning it. This is assuming of course that the site itself is within google's guidelines. I realize that was worded oddly so to SUM it up:
    *Have money in adsense account
*Want someone to put my pub -id on their websites
*Wanting to know if it is against the rules.
    Thanks for any responses,
    Drew

As far as I know, Adsense don't have any specific guideline on this and it sounds okay as well. You may try this if you trust the person BUT make sure you don't use adsense codes from two publishers on one site.
