Is this against Google's TOC?

I was in a forum, and seeing people talking about their own blogs, and they are kind of linking to each others blog, and clicking others Adsense every few days, kind of helping each others.

I am tempted to do so. I am wondering, is this against Google's TOC? Google able to detect it?

It's against TOS and they'll get banned sooner or later.
    Hopefully sooner...

Oh yes, click exchanging like this is a definite no no.
Your AdSense account is valuable so don't risk it.

Absolutely Yes! This is against Google Adsense TOS. See these Google TOS for clicks

    * May not encourage users to click the Google ads by using phrases such as "click the ads," "support us," "visit these links," or other similar language
    * May not direct user attention to the ads via arrows or other graphical gimmicks
    * May not place misleading images alongside individual ads
    * May not promote sites displaying ads through unsolicited mass emails or unwanted advertisements on third-party websites
    * May not compensate users for viewing ads or performing searches, or promise compensation to a third party for such behavior
    * May not place misleading labels above Google ad units - for instance, ads may be labeled "Sponsored Links" but not "Favorite Sites"

Of course its against their terms. You will get banned because it is easy to detect, since the clicks will reoccur from the same IP's unless they use a different Class C IP for every click through, but still I think it will be detectable by GA because other determining factors such as each click visitor time length on the page, the intervals of each click, the conversion rate for each click, etc.

Sooner or later they will figure that your site has been producing fraudlent clicks and ban the account from the network because it provides no value to advertisers.

Yeah right, I hope they realize that there is no way of knowing if the site owner is actually doing this. It's funny though, a site doesn't get as popular as Myspace or Youtube just by word of mouth, and we all know for a fact that Myspace used mass emails to get people to come to their site. Yet there they are paying THEM 600 million to put ads on their site. Do you guys find this at all hypocritical? I guess a site gets away with it as long as they are getting millions of page views a day. One day my site will be as popular as Myspace and I will remember how Google mistreats publishers and webmasters for trying to get an installed base, at that time, I'm going straight to YPN, or ASL, that is, if Google hasn't already bought them out!

I really don't like where the web is headed. Google is buying out everyone and will soon become the glorified internet police. We will all be governed by their rules and regulations even if we don't want to.

There will be money as long as there are advertisers. If such things happen . the advertiers will be in loss and they will no longer be interested in advertising. This could cause a problem not just to one publisher ..but to all.

google will detect that the same IP had been clicking on the ads. They will ban your account once they found out.
