Is this against google AdSense rules?

Discussion in 'AdSense' started by aditne, Sep 9, 2008.

I've recently realized that a lot of people could make a lot of money by using google adsense. I propose a network of adsense users could be formed with the rule "click on mine and I'll click on yours." If this idea is legal, I'd like to move ahead with it. Does anyone know if this is against the adsense rules?

Be careful man. Google have powerful algorithm for adsense. They will ban you at the last moment before payment. Insted of wasting your time on this, try to concentrate to develope good content site. Then automatically visitors comes.

By signing a terms of service you are agreeing to a contract, and this is a blatant offense against this contract. It is illegal.

Everyone in the "network" will get banned. Even if you did it in some "secret" fashion, Google will be able to see a click pattern using IP addresses.

Forget about it right now, imagine yourself as the advertiser, imagine your ad budget being wasted, imagine losing your account for good.

I strongly recommend actually reading the Adsense Program Policies and Terms and Conditions. The answer to your question is spelled out in plain language:
