Is this against AdSense's TOS?

    Hello,

    I am somewhat confused if what I am doing is right or wrong.
    Anyway, can I put ads below each Google Ads with BidVertiser Ads wit the same size and background colors.

    No you cannot, you need the ads to be significantly different.

    As godsofchaos points out, visitors need to be able to distinguish them from each other.

    By this your account can be closed , google has clearly mentioned that we can not place adds which look like adsense ads and visitor can not find difference between them . So place them far from adsense ads .
