Is This Against Adsense ToS ?

    Is this against Adsense ToS? If so, what should I rename or change in order to comply with the ToS.

    Possibly, the text close by could confuse that the ads are a part of it.

    No it is not.

    But if you are not sure you can always contact google and ask them to make sure.

    If you look at the Google Program Policies it's pretty clear:
    So if you don't want the ads under a header that indicates they are ads ("sponsored links", "advertisements"), don't put any header above the ads. In other words, put the header underneath like uploas suggests.
