is this against Adsense TOS

    the person waas spamming his link in chat rooms
    so i just cliked on his link...but then i saw that he is written - click ads on green ...

    Make that 3. It's a clear abuse of his position as an AdSense publisher - nothing short of stealing from AdWords advertisers.
