    Is the link unit on my home page against Adsense TOS? I'm talking about the link unit just below the menu. I'm slightly worried about the CTR for that unit, which is quite high.

    I dont think its against tos because i have seen lots of site employ that method to get a high CTR, i would get it checked by a AdSense guru on the forum because I'm not that experienced!

    The adsense link unit is fine where you have it. I'm not a fan of this method myself, but a lot of people say it works well for them, and its fine with G's TOS.
