Hi, i saw a script going around the marketplace forums. I want to try it but of course, i dont want to be banned..

This is how it works.. its a search engine script that one somebody searches, the first three results are adsense banners.. (500x500 banner with 3 links).

So, i know its against adsense TOS to use google search api and adsense, is this against the tos too?

    Thanks, fuser

That's a tough one, I think you should be ok but I would need to see the script in action to better determine that.

Well let me give you my thoughts on this:

The issue with that kinda site is, the script generates a page for every keyword. Let me know if that's not the case.

This means it will keep on building pages for each keyword searched and secondly, it will be massive for googebot to index them. Imagine 1000 pages created overnight with no content but MSN search results.

This will put ban on your site in google .I am not sure about other SE. Google does not like cloaked and spam pages created overnight with no real content.

I guess i dont have to speak much about adsense when its owned by google.
