I have a question.I was in USA for a while but i am now in Serbia.I have adsense aproved in Serbia but I have youtube account is USA.If i know change in Serbia i think i will lose monetization because youtube still dont allow account from Serbia. Is against a rule that i still use account with adsense, because i dont wanna get suspended on adsense.I upload only 100% my videos, noting against a rules on youtube or adsense.I still dont started earning, because i dont wanna start upload videos and than get suspend on adsense. Can i lose my adsense with this? I dont think so, because i dont do anything that is against a rules...or i am wrong?
    Thanks in advance for help.

Youtube Partnership is not viable in Serbia at this moment so you can't use it from there until they add the country to the list.

I don't think you are breaking AdSense rules, but you are breaking Youtube Partnership rules.

The only solution is to have someone you reeeeeally trust in some of the supported countries and link their AdSense account to YouTube account you want to monetize. They would be partners, enabling them to receive the money... but they could be penalized (YT Partnership and AdSense) for any mistakes you or they could make.

    Jebiga... srecno.

I think, in times of doubts, you better go directly to them and ask them...they are very helpful to entertainment concerns
