    Hi,

I've found this website in one of forum users signature: http://www.hellafiles.com/

It's Adsense search pretending to be "#1 Rapidshare and Megaupload search engine"

Is this legal according to google? Changing the search button like that?

I'm not sure if it is against the terms of service, but if you are concerned, on the search results page in the upper right hand corner there is a link called "what is this page?"

That page will let you send feedback to google about it, there is also a link to the terms of service on that page, it should give you the answers you need.

Yes, I realize that, but thought I'll get an answer faster here than sending to google. Thanks anyway.

I would have to say this violates adsense TOS. Just an MFA site.

Thats totally against the Google AdSense Program Policies
    Google adsense says about this:

Please note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited.

    Encouraging clicks
In order to ensure a good experience for users and advertisers, publishers may not request that users click the ads on their sites or rely on deceptive implementation methods to obtain clicks. Publishers participating in the AdSense program:

May not encourage users to click the Google ads by using phrases such as "click the ads," "support us," "visit these links," or other similar language
May not direct user attention to the ads via arrows or other graphical gimmicks
May not place misleading images alongside individual ads
May not promote sites displaying ads through unsolicited mass emails or unwanted advertisements on third-party websites
May not compensate users for viewing ads or performing searches, or promise compensation to a third party for such behavior
May not place misleading labels above Google ad units - for instance, ads may be labeled "Sponsored Links" but not "Favorite Sites"

That site will not last long for other visitors may report this website to Google
