Is this adsense placement allowed? Also, review needed.

    I want to take the google search form and make an entirely new box for it, and the title would say "Search for Wholesale Suppliers". Is this allowed?

    On another level, should I just get rid of the google search term all together? Now that I look at the site as a whole, it looks kinda tacky. Maybe I will just put my own search form in....?

    I just decided to remove the google search completely. It made my site look kinda tacky with it.
