Is this (adsense) buick forum legal?

    I noticed that this forum has ads above the google ads... I thought that was against he T&C?

    I would think its not allowed and many people claim to email google and get a negative answer but then looking at SEOCHAT for example and they run them as well.

    Ask google to be sure would be best.

    You can run ads on the same pages as AdSense, as long as they aren't contextually targeted as well.
