Is this Adsense ad placement legal?

I put my ad under video widget and put slightly rounded corners around it. Is this O.K. or I could be banned for this?

I really don't see anything wrong with this.....

 

A lot of people say that adsense ads can't be put near images. I know that this ad placement is around video, but it also has pic thumbs. So I thought it could be wrong.

It's quite borderline, i wouldn't risk that kind of placement before getting an official answer from Adsense team about your particular case.

 

Great site. Would like to know what software you are using.

 

I think the principle of images next to ads applies here.

 

To be on the safe side, I suggest you ask adsense support if this ad is ok or not.
