Is this ads too near an image?

As you see, I have located my ads just below the image.
Is this against the ToS?

 

It looks to me like the pictures are illustrating the recipes rather than being associated with the ads, so that should be OK.

I made some changes to the placement. Now I'm getting doubtful again whether or not it's against the ToS.
