    Hi there,

    I want to know that is this ad position okay or not.

    H1 Heading on the top of the page= Information Technology Tutorials

    Ad= Large Rectangular

    Page's content


    i.e. exact on the top of the large rectangualr is the Title/H1 heading.

    Below the ad is the actual content of the page.

    Please guide is this ad position okay with regards to Adsense TOS.

    Any help will be highly appreciated.

    No that isn't legal implementation, Google has warned a lot of sites about implementing Adsense below titles. Maybe if there's some spacing between the two it's legal but I don't know.

    Nope, not allowed - it's effectively giving your leaderboard (the large rectangle) a title which is probably misleading.

    It could be very misleading and that's why prohibited.
    You should not take the risk to have your account banned for stuff like this.
