Is this ad-placement OK by Google Adense TOS ??

The site in question is (btw. it's not mine): http://www.forex-trading-guide.us and note how you can't distinguish between the site-navigation (see the "Forex trading Navigation" section) and ads by Google below it. Or maybe this is even recommended ??

    thanks, tayiper

Below that in the "Best Forex trading products" part there is a nice almost adsense ads type of links...
    Blending to the limits...

Your site is TOS compliant, Google has no problem with incorporating a text link unit into a navigation menu

The navigation seems to be violating the TOS if you ask me.

    Labeling Ads

Publishers may not label the ads with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements." This includes any text directly above our ads that could be confused with, or attempt to be associated with Google ads.

I must get 50 of these types of sites submitted to my directories every single day.
Just throw up a header on a subject, scrape out a bunch of articles on the subject, and put adsense right at the top like this site.

Oh, these types of sites are deleted, never to be in my directories.
They offer nothing new or exciting to any visitor.

It's strictly MFA. Unless he buys the traffic, he ain't gettin' any from the SE's. Or very little.
