Is this Ad placement/design in violation of Adsense TOS?

    I ran into this, which is very good looking.. but i think it is violation the image-too-close to ad rule.. or any other?

    at the bottom of the ads there are more NON adsesne links that have the same color/structure..

    what do you think ?

    attachment don't work, but in a word - yes, it is in violation.

    Since the images below the first 3 ones are aligned to content blocks, I think this is violation.
    If they were not aligned (and were more like a theme design) then it would have passed.

    Yes.It's against Adsense TOS. They don't allow ads to put anywhere near the images.

    This USED to be ok.. not anymore... still a lot of ebooks and templates floating around out there promoting this still :(

    It may confuse the visitors to think that the ads are actually content itself but I might be wrong. The best is to contact the big "G" and listen what they have to say.

    Not sure but the content do looks so similar to the ads. This may be considered violation of adsense TOS.
