Is this ad placement aloud by adsense?

I had i very low ctr, with all possible things i tried, i blend put a 300 x 250 above the firts post, i had 160x 600 on the sides etc etc.

I just place my ads between the share button and the add 2 my fav buttons, is this aloud by adsense?
