Is this AD placement allowed?

    hi,

    I would like for someone to let me know if this AD placement is allowed (SEE IMAGE BELOW: the RIGHT HAND COLUMN) the top of the column says MISSISSAUGA CHIROPRACTORS, and then under it is the google ads.. IS THIS ALLOWED?
