Its the top adlink with the PSP Icons above the adlink

 

I would place another image 250 x 250 ad beside your text one (you might need to remove another ad unit if that'll place you over the limit)

 

I would say most definately yes that is in violation because the images look like they are associated / lined up with the ad link unit.

 

Not sure, but I really like what you've done with it. Maybe try putting a 2px checked line between them like everyone else did to get around that rule

Oh I agree, this needs to be done. You need the ad links seperated, right now you're on a very very fine line for breaking the TOS because the links are almost touching those graphics..

 

yes it is...maybe if you change the image with the icons not aligned with the ad link units...it would be fine...

 

Ok I separated the image and the ads with a horizontal line That should work heh

 

I would suggest you to remove top 4 Images on top of Ads - They dont have any purpose other than getting clicks

I re-added the images at the top, I don't see a better way to integrate them

There is a solid line above and below the Adlink so I should be good, think so?
