Other than violating my eyes with clashing colors, perhaps the arrows pointing to the ads? Or the labels such "grey parrot" directly above the ads. http://www.theafricangreyparrot.com/African-Grey-Parrot-Buying-Guide.html Does not seem too overt a TOS, and I'm not certain it is, but it's still not something I'd be comfortable with on my site.

My question would be the way they put the Google ads to the right in the boxes that have "African Grey Parrots" with an arrow pointing down as if those will link somewhere in the site.
That part isn't entirely legal, I thought there were only two phrases you could use (Google Ads or Sponsored By ..., something like that)
