    I didn't spot that line of text - all that blue is too horrendous to pay too much attention to. I'll take the moral high ground by reporting it to Google.

    Its more than the line. I don't think you can serve adsense ads on proxied pages.

    It takes them a few days to ban someone - who knows, they may let him off with a warning (I doubt that though). And yes, they do have this rather annoying habit of waiting until just before your payout to ban you!
