Is this a violation of adsense terms??

Hi I just came across a website, that is using adsense along with another inline text advertising program:

Is this legal?? or is this a violation of adsense TOS?

 

Adsense says No, but they dont' seem to care about enforcing it. If you want to put it on your site, I'd say go for it, but know that Adsense OFFICIALLY says you can't do it, so they can, theoretically, ban you for a violating at any time. But will they? I doubt it.

I see only google ads on that site.

 

Take a look at the text. And go over the word BRITNEY SPEARS.
