Is this a valid ad placement?

    Correct me if I am wrong in a single web page you can have.

    Up to 3 ad units
    A max of 2 adsense search boxes
    1 link unit
    2 referals units


    So basically you can have 8 Adsense Javascripts per page?

    Is this correct?

    You are wrong.

    Max per page:
    3 ad units
    2 search boxes
    1 link unit
    2 referral buttons for each product.

    Since there are 4 referral products you could have 8 buttons in total, although your site will look very spammy if you do.

    4 adsense codes allow per page. 8 adsense scripts will be full on page , so totally site will be adsense ads. its again google TOS. its better you put only 2 codes and contents in each page.
