Is this a trademark issue?

    I own a domain omamma.XX (XX is not com or any of the popular TLD)

    There is somewhat known (and also NYC stock listed) search engine mamma.com
    My questions are:
    1. can i make this site into search enigma? Or, in anyway profit from searches? Like embedding googles search box.
    2. can i make this into any other not web search related project?

    1. No. users might confuse you with the search engine, which is what trademarks (if any) aim to prevent.
    2. Perhaps, depending on how unique and/or famous that (possible) trademark is, and how aggressive they may be.
