Is this a sign of a hack?

    I have a website homepage running on WordPress that intermittently shows a page full of garbage like this:

    Is this likely to be a hack or some issue with the server?

    It would be great if you provide your URl here so that we can check it.Also you can check the error logs for your website and check your index file.
