Ran across this site - it's clean and fast loading - was just wondering if anyone could tell if this is a script or not? Thank You

It looks just hand coded to me, nothing amazing so would not need to make software for something so simple.

It stikes me as more of a holding page style site (although with a good PR ranking i doubt it).

I'd say it was a script as the coding has quite a few comments in it... (either that or im just lazy and don't both commenting my code cause i know what i mean).

it looks like a mix - some of the page are php (scripted) others html which are likely hard coded. However it is possible that the site uses includes methods to include the common elements such as the header, footer and navigation.

It's fast-loading because there's only one image. Text loads damn fast.

It should be rather simple. What part are you wanting in a script? Are you just wanting a CMS to handle the links and content?

Would it be as fast loading if a cms script was used?

Well, it shouldn't be a huge addition. After looking a little futher, I bet most of the content itself is pulled from a database just as any website with a CMS would do. If you are really serious about this, PM me and we can narrow down a price if you would like. :)

The load time itself is probably primarily due to its simple design and good web hosting.
