Is this a scam some one paid me 0.01 $

Why are you stalling? I mean you're spending all of this time talking about a penny and act like you don't have a clue what to do. It's an easy fix - a no brainer. If you're so concerned whether or not it is a scam or not, just take the advice of getjimmy, Zoomone, Hellfire's, overlordror, Connections, cool_78 and simply refund the money. Is it so hard for you to do?

Now, we can get real "deep" about this and get into karma and the principle of it not even really being about "the penny". This may or may not have been an accident but let's say one day you send your money to the wrong email address and the person responds like you are to this "one cent" and refuses to send the money back to you knowing full blown well they didn't transact with you at all. You'd be upset, wouldn't you? Surely nine times out of ten, this person is not going to be upset about a penny but the principle -- look at the principle -- if it were more, then what? So if you want to spread good karma while also doing yourself a HUGE favor, then do the easy thing and refund it especially since you did not transact with the person that sent it to begin with. It's truly just that simple.

Well what i am trying to see if there was a scam going on or this was just me that got the money. It does look like it was only me then thats fine. Refund the money no way so much problem i had

if you are selling a ebook some people will send you 1 cent in order for the digital item to be sent to you... if you know what i mean?

ebook costs 9.99 digitally sent out when payment comes into your email from paypal - item sent out.

Your original question that supposedly still stands: "What can it mean?" and my question to you is, "With all that you've posted on this thread including your original post before you even thought to hit the submit button to post it (and I suppose you can throw in what other people have said, too), why don't you already know the answer to that question? Or are you just choosing to look around it or ignore the answer that is right there in your face? You know some people do in fact do that for the sake of some sort of 'excitement'. Yeah i bought my self a house on the beach now with the money. I still have some money i will put in gold stocks and buy some stocks oil companies.

Yes i think he can thats the problem. I heard about that scam before like you refund 200 $ and then the ask you for a chargeback as well. Cost you another 128 $

 

I think it could sent by mistake or otherwise you do not have to worry because it is not too big amount, you can refund or keep it it is up to you.

 

I think this thread should be closed because everything has been said often enough and nothing usefull is posted anymore

yep i am going to ask them to close it maybe wait 60 days since they can still ask for the money back. But still nothing so i guess he was just testing my account
