Is this a safe way to sell domains with paypal?

Let's say I buy three domains because they have a good resell value. They have a whole year before they expire. I accept payment, and for the first 90 days I just put the nameservers to the buyers site. Then, after 90 days (so that they can no longer scam me with paypal dispute) I transfer the ownership to them.

Is this a good idea? Does anyone know any other safe ways to sell domains using paypal as payment? Thanks.

Buy or sell domains usnig paypal payment that is not safe anyway :)

You'd better be careful, try Moneybookers or other payments

I'll look into moneybookers - thanks. Just out of curiosity, is there a way to send directly from moneybookers to paypal? If not, it's fine because i could just send it to my bank account then to my paypal, but it would make it easier.

Any other recommendations are still appreciated. Thanks!

added: I also heard escrow.com is good. however is this for all domain sales or just for ones that go above $500?

I think in such case dealing with MoneyBookers is safe, as it protects you from chargebacks.
