ya dont buy that stuff from ebay you need to do research and find people with some background results
I would NEVER trust a SEO company that guarantees a first page position. Sure, if the competition is low, it's safe to say that it will be achievable faster than other keywords - however think about this: You are running a race, the winner gets the GRAND prize. There's a shortcut that takes 3 mins, and the longer route that takes 5 minutes. The short cut is full of dog shit, overgrown grass and puddles. The longer route is a lovely path with scented flowers and a scenic, flat route. Which one would you take to WIN the race? The point I'm trying to make is that when a "company" has to give you a ranking to get paid, or to keep their word/reputation, then they won't exactly care HOW they get you there. Sure some low quality links may get you rankings in the short term, but Google will eventually catch up...
The thing with our SEO company is that the client does not pay anything until after we rank them on the first page of their desired keyword. The client can also be sure that it is only white hat methods because we will provide them with a link report of the backlinks that were made. In addition, the major black hat techniques are on page factors which we cannot control. Thank you
