Is this a quality directory?

    oh no, not another empty directory. :(

    Quality isn't something you just arrive at, it has to be built, developed and invested in. Sadly cheap scripts do not a resource make, it costs bags of money and copycats efforts won't do it.

    ok is empty so now we know that a "full" directory is a feature to get quality.
    so we know also that a start up directory cannot be a quality directory.

    But what about the human edited? what about no free scripts , what about the html code?

    Could you show me some similar directory?
    I see always the same script directories..
