Is this a plugin or what? (Wordpress related question)

    I was looking at the header of this site: http://www.freddiew.com/

    It's a WP based site, using one of the the basic Elegants Theme. What I don't understand is if for the header (I mean the Twitter, Facebook, RSS, Youtube links part) they used a Wordpress plugin or a customized header made with Dreamweaver or a program like that...any help is really appreciated. :)

    i think its part of the wordpress theme itself. CSS

    actually you can have a header like that of the theme...you can customize your own style..the theme is also wordpress

    This is coded in wordpress theme, as you can see source code of site is clean and not like auto generated.

    not a plugin. Edited header for the code.. you can place social media icons anywhere you want in the theme if you have a little knowledge about wordpress file structure and html/css/php code.
