Is this a plugin? How's it Done?

    This guy is doing a Flash Arcade using Word Press and I love the top area, it shows the games in a strip with a little reflection. How's this done?

    You can do it with flash but you can also do it with Ajax.

    Google free Ajax gallery script with reflection. Or something like that.

    I know the plug in mentioned was for embedding flash games, but I didn't see the top display being a flash file or plugin, anybody have more specifics for me? I'm behind a websense firewall here so I can't actually goto the site.
