Is this a pharmacy Keyword problem?

Ok, I FINALLY got my campaign approved and my ads are running. But, not for any of the keywords I want. I work for a law firm that specifically wants to spend Adwords money trying to find people who were hurt by this fat burner ....so, I found out real quick that you can't put it in the title (although I've seen people who have!). Anyway,
so now my ads turn up for all my other keywords except the ones that have that word in it. When I go to the diagnostic tool, it still says that the keyword is not triggering the ad. I KNOW it's not cause people are not typing that in there.
What can I do? Other companies and people are doing the exact same thing and I can't figure out how? I know other people use this keyword that is not triggering for me; If I google that word, they're all over the place w/ ads. Do I need that pharmactical permission thing? But, I'm not trying to sell drugs, We're just trying to help the people who got hurt by drugs????

    Any suggestions would be great.
    Big Thanks,

You may not be bidding enough for that keyword. If that's the keyword you want the most, then you should pause all of your other keywords and continue increasing your bid, little by little to see if it finally starts triggering impressions. Pharmacy keywords are quite expensive and can take your budget to the cleaners pretty quickly.

There is also a chance that they are viewing it as copyright infringement. Make sure you're not using the name of the product in your ads, they probably won't allow that.

Yeah, I realized pretty quick I coudn't put it in the title but, the keyword?
Today for the first time in a week, it told me I was underbidding. Why so long?
I did switch to the new beta yesterday - maybe that was it. I havn't done adwords in like 2 yrs. It used to always show you where the bid was at and if you were under it.....
    Anyways, thanks for your help.

Well they give you all sorts of hints. They probably don't tell you at first because they don't want to have to come right out and say, "Hey, our product costs way too much!". :D
