Is this a new commercial for Bing/Microsft?

I came across this video and am am very curious if it is the new Bing commercial or for some other search engine. It features Rashad Evans from the UFC. They do not specify and looks to be some marketing fun for a series of commercials for a search engine. Does anyone have any info?

The Commercial video is good it shows the straight war between google and MS

I have not seen the video.
Only the images.
If that is really the Advertisement of Bing.
Why are they using UFC icons.
Does it mean Bing has a big possibility to win over google?
