MoneyBookers is no scam , you better check the URL it could be a puishing attempt OR someone has really sent you money.

You better check the URLs in the email , also you can confirm with moneybookers.

It could also be someone made an error when sending the payment. Better investigate it.

Edit : you can contact them here http://www.moneybookers.com/app/help.pl?s=contact

Moneybookers doesn't ask for scanned copies of bank account statements or any IDs, at least I have not been asked for any. They have three ways to verify your identity, and none of those three mention what was written in the email you had received. Best thing to do is go over their website and check out their TOS. Afterwards, I believe you may contact them using their online form. Proceed with caution, it might be a phishing scam

Money bookers is no scam.. The email your getting is probably something called a spoof email, sent to you by someone else then moneybookers to have you to somehow click on a link to sign into your MB account, and then steal your logins to later ripp you off.!!!

Never click on links in emails from places you dont know.
Even if they email it self says " " look for
full headers in that email, and you will very soon know where its coming from.

    Best you can do is:

Open a new IE/FF browser. Log into your account, and check if all is fine.
Later you can send this email you got to MB support marked as "SPOOF EMAIL".

You can read about all such stuff on our money making forum..

    Regards
    DL
