hi, i have a network of sites.underthem i have 100 sites altogether under shared account .so if i link them in my main page will it be like link farming .will the sites get banned after the next PR update.should i minimize my link to my other sites or what .every site has a different content but with the same site template. need ur suggestions guys.
You are probably okay to link sites that have similar content as long as they are not spamy or duplicate sites. You can probably also link from pages that have the same theme even if the site is on a different topic. But I'd go slowly and watch google to see what it does. Don't link all 100 sites from your home page. Make it look a little more natural if you can. I have never run that many sites on a shared account so you'll need to wait until someone with more experience gives you further insight. Good luck.
i think, don't do that.. because i have only 2 sites yet on a same account.. when i exchange a link b/w them... google mess up both of their content in each other....
I have about 10 sites on the same IP and have had no problems. I'm not sure if you're talking about subdomains or folders on the same site which would be a different issue.
i dont think it's a link farm . if your sites under same ip ip , it will not effect pr or serp result
Google will not ban it. But I heard google doesn't like links from those link exchange programs. And for you, it's just nature link to each other, shall be no problem.
Google will not ban links from a network of website. But I think Yahoo does not like that. I know a network of website that's banned in yahoo for that reason.
