Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out if a particular website for sale is legit? It does an obvious redirect, so it raises a red flag. In my experience with affiliate marketing (limited to promoting "adult date" sites through classified ads) if I send a potential lead to the date site, I get credit because the customer used my link to get to the site, thereby being "trackable" with my affiliate # or code in the link, and I get paid for sign ups....no rocket science involved, simple stuff.... I was considering purchasing a website, and the site does a redirect ....the site is promoted as a "startup" with the seller's write up as; The master affiliate site is bodybuildingonline.info. This is an affiliate site except your own this unique domain name. You are able to get high above the other affiliates who are promoting the same affiliate site. The affiliate company takes care of the customer service and shipping. All you need to do is promote the site. but the site does a redirect to worldclassnutrition.com.....is this a legit method of promoting this type of site with a 5 second redirect delay? maybe I'm just thrown off because of the redirect delay......I hope I don't seem like too much of an idiot, but does the link "bodybuildingonline.info" work the same way my dating site affiliate links would work in essence? ...so if I promote the domain "bodybuildingonline.info" and it redirects, then anything that is purchased on the main "worldclassnutrition" I get a cut of? thanks guys any help would be appreciated....!
