Is this a good web site?

Hi. Personally I have come across a web site http:www.passiveadsenseincome.com

I feel that it contains a lot of information and it looks great. But when i did a page rank test on it, it yields NA.

Anyone sharing the same opinion as me?

personally dont like the site atall

backround is horrible
logo/image is horrible
basic design is horrible

whole thing just looks noobish

And they should centre the site

i wouldnt even read anything on that site because of the design
